    Classes are filled first-come, first-serve basis. Please register well in advance as classes fill up fast. To ensure we have the best possible experience, we reserve the right to have a minimum number participating.

    Monthly we will have special events, such as food and wine pairings, wine maker seminars, or regional focused wine tastings. Stay tuned and watch for dates.





    Every Friday and Saturday we offer free tastings. Sign up for our email to make sure you get the lastest information.

    At West Side Wine Store, education is important to us! We offer wine tasting classes where we explore together wine, how it's made and interesting facts. Plus it's a great chance to taste great wines for only $25 per person.

    Wine Tasting 101
    You can only learn so much about wine by reading about it. To really learn how to recognize quality, you have to see, smell and taste quality. In this class, we will experience the basic characteristics of good wine representing 3 major red varieties - such as (but not limited to) Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Syrah; and 3 major white varieties - such as (but not limited to) Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. The goal will be to identify several "markers" specific to each variety by seeing, smelling and tasting representative samples.


    Along with the class you will enjoy light appetizers and 15% off of purchases that evening.
